Pickled Walnuts with Port

Of all the pickles we produce the Pickled Walnut is probably our most famous and is a world-renowned English delicacy. Just like our traditional version the walnuts are harvested before the shell forms whilst they are still green which is generally in June. We cook and marinate them in a secret spiced Red Wine Vinegar recipe and add Ruby Port, which adds a certain richness making them absolutely sublime. They’re hand packed into jars by to ensure they are as perfect as possible when you open them.
