Pickled Onions in Balsamic

We use the finest Balsamic vinegar produced using a centuries old process of pressing, fermenting and ageing unripe grapes in oak casks to pickle our onions. Together they develop a wonderful deep flavour making them the perfect accompaniment to cold meats and cheeses, pies and quiches and so good on their own as a tasty tangy snack.
